The motives are as follows: 
The importance of a secure identification of a valid air certificate, license certificate or other similar. 
The purpose of the processing is to provide the user with the opportunity to avail of future aviation services provided by one of the following organizations: 
- LFV (Aviation Administration), the Swedish Transport Agency-Aviation, SMHI, Eurocontrol, EASA, EU, ICAO, IATA, FAA and other similar aviation organizations and aviation authorities.

SFSA Holding stores and processes automatic data processing data on customer registration and its customer benefits at www.Space2u.com. 
Google.com/Google Analytics manages Customer's use of SFSA Flight Support and its customer benefits. 
The Customer agrees to such data processing and that SFSA may provide information in order to provide the services and offers that the Customer has ordered or reported its interest in under the terms of the GDPR.

SFSA Holding KB may (according to GDPR) disclose Customer's name, address, e-mail address, telephone number or other information if Customer has not notified that they are to be protected. Such notification 
must be by e-mail to SFSA Holding KB / SFSA Flight Support Customer Service (see General Information and Advice). SFSA Holding and SFSA Flight Support confirm the notification (pursuant to Section 23 and 
Section 24 of the Personal Data Act and subsequently GDPR.) to the e-mail address which the Customer has last notified. 
If the Customer has stated that the information may not be used for direct mail, the data may not be sold for such purposes.

Who has access to your data? 
The personal data you provide here will, if necessary, we share with the aviation authorities for verification of valid pilot certificates, permits, type ratings and similar.
However, we neither sell, trade, or otherwise transmit this personally identifiable information (as described above) to third parties. This does not include trusted third parties that help us drive our site, with the requirement that these parties agree to keep the information confidential.

You may, on demand, have the legal right to see and edit your personal information handled by SFSA Flight Support/Svenskaflygplatser.com. You have the right to, at anytime, use our website and change/edit your information. You do that through our "Customer service".

Our service will therefor only be used as a complement to AIS, aro.lfv.se.

Users/customers experiencing difficulty in accessing the briefing material, like TAF, METAR, WINDS, LLF, CHARTS, SWC/WC , AIS Notam, AIP and AIC, and have questions and need help what so ever, are advised to contact FPC (Flight Planning Centre) in accordance with the stated address, telephone, and e-mail address(es) below.

- We provide the information requested according to ICAO EUR DOC 010, and EUROCONTROL DSA / AIM, through external popup pages linked from today's AIS / MET services in Scandinavia ie. from the FPC (Flight Planning Center).

AGREEMENT/COMMISSION/PROXY:
Hereby you give SFSA Holding KB (969711-2705) proxy/commission to represent you as a organisation member of our organisation SFSA Holding KB incl. our services SFSA Flight Support-Svenskaflygplatser.com regarding the following:
a. to safeguard the interests of organisation members in aviation policy, economic, operational and technical issues and to continuously convey information about these,

b. to monitor initiatives and actions by national and international authorities and organizations and work for them to be dealt with for the best of customers / members,

c. to try to prevent, as far as possible, military or state / municipal subsidized aviation activities to compete on the commercial aviation market under other conditions,

d. to constantly promote the further development of the quality of customer / member air operations,

e. to constitute a referral body,

f. to disseminate the importance of aviation activities for society and business

g. to act at meetings and / or negotiations with Transportstyrelsen/Swedish Transport Agency - Aviation Swedish Civil Aviation Authority - Swedish CAA or other civil aviation authorities within EU, Norway and Switzerland regarding 
all kinds of fees/charges (including Air Traffic Control Charges), rules, permits, etc. with:
g1). airport owners such as Swedavia AB, VINCI Airports (https://www.vinci-airports.com/en), 
g2). all municipal and private airports in Sweden,

Air Traffic Control Charges:
Air Traffic Control (ATC) Charges are levied on aircraft in order to cover the air navigation services provided by the 
Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSP) over a portion of airspace, generally coincident with national boundaries.

In the presence of unfair practices:
- SFSA Holding KB coordinates efforts amongst customer/member airlines/aircraft owners/operators in order to find solutions and 
promote effective dialogue with the ANSP (ATM) including a so called Remote TWR services regardless of the operator of this particular
service like Luftfartsverket-LFV AB (Sweden), Aviation Capacity Resources AB-ACR, Skyguide S.A., etc.

SFSA Holding KB coordinates efforts amongst our customer/member airlines/aircraft owners/operators in order to find solutions and 
promote effective dialogue with the ANSP.Authorization to represent you as a customer at meetings and / or negotiation of fees, rules, permits etc. with airport owners such as Swedavia AB as well as representatives or owners of municipal and private airports in Sweden.

You will give us any assistance we may require to enable us to obtain, defend and enforce the proprietary and Intellectual Property Rights in the Data, the Reports and the Services.

The only purpose for this is to using this information, compile and adapt it to ensure that we can deliver the right information you want and need, in this case information supplied from FPC (Flight Planning Centre), where you finally made your preflight briefing and leave your flight plan. The information are collected in a customer list.
