At other times, snow removal and anti-skid control of the runway are not guaranteed.
Landing/takeoff takes place at your own risk when the tower is unmanned and it is important to make sure that there are no obstacles on the runway and that the runway conditions are serviceable.
Overflight before landing and taxiing the length of the runway before take-off is recommended.
If you as a pilot or pilot in command does not have the entire runway in view, do not allow it to take off/land.
The pilot-in-command may only use the part of the runway that he supervises in connection with take-off/landing.

FLIGHT PROCEDURES
1. Omnidirectional departure procedures
    (See AIP AD 2 ESUT 1-7 - ESUT 2.22)
2. Minimum RVR for departing traffic is 400 m.

CTR and TIZ/RMZ
Continuous two-way radiocommunication required in CTR and TIZ/RMZ.
CTR established during hours of TWR.
TIZ/RMZ established during hours of AFIS.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. Operators at Hemavan Tärnaby  aerodrome
The aerodrome is surrounded by high ground.
Severe and/to heavy turbulence and down draft may occur in the vicinity of the aerodrome when wind is above 20 kt in all
directions.

2. Granted exemptions from requirements in
CS-ADR-DSN
• Helicopter hangar is penetrating approach surface.
• Terminal/Tower penetrating transitional surface.
• There are fixed obstacles in the airport´s obstacle
areas that are not lighted.

3. Lights from road and ski area
may be misleading/disturbing during approach to RWY 15/33.

4. Capability for removal of disabled aircraft
